Parking Garages and Parking Lot Leasing & Management
DPW has experiencing operating more than 130 parking facilities in the Western US. At some parking facilities, the company monitors the parking lot, allowing only patrons of a bank, hospital or store to utilize the facility. At other locations, the company operates facilities with up to 1,900 spaces using state-of-the-art revenue control equipment.
Some of the locations are valet parking operations with several attendants on duty at once. Others are park and lock facilities that are monitored by DPW employees throughout the day. The company also handles Special Event Parking for large events in various states in the Western US.
Valet Parking
In addition to operating parking facilities, the company has vast experience in valet parking. The valet parking division handles full time and part time valet parking for businesses and special events.
Shuttle Services
DPW also has vast experience operating shuttle buses that transport patrons to and from rapid transit stations, between office buildings, hospitals and to and from airports. Shuttle services are also provided for special events. The drivers are monitored by different state's DMV's Pull Notice Programs and DPW Management. The company participates in various random drug testing programs.
Consulting
DPW has helped municipalities and private companies develop all aspects of parking facilities, both large and small. Our scope of services includes projections of income and operating expenses, recommendations of revenue control equipment, discussions of marketing plans and security considerations. In addition, the company also works with owners and provides auditing services at parking operations managed by other parking companies.
